Salary: £28,000 FT 37.5 hours P/W £17,920 Pro Rota 24 hours P/W

The Worship and Creative Pastor will lead the church in creating an authentic, transformative worship experience through music, arts, and creative expressions. This role combines spiritual leadership with creative vision, overseeing all aspects of worship services, music teams, and creative media that enhance the church's ministry and outreach efforts. The Worship and Creative Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor and other staff members to align the worship and creative direction with the mission and vision of the church.

 

The Worship and creative Pastor will be part of the church pastoral leadership team with oversight over all church life.
